We had been with this agency for many years, but recently the customer service has drastically declined. When I tried to remove just one person from our auto policy, they canceled the entire policy without informing me. When I discovered the mistake there was no apology or attempt to make things right. Now we have a different insurance company with a MUCH better rate.
The whole team is great. l usually deal with Denise, however Amanda is very knowledgeable too, she went in great detail and educated me on medical coverage for passengers. They all can write the book on customer service and I highly recommend Trish Martin State Farm if you want to SAVE MONEY
