VERY good ENT Practitioner in Clive. Have been struggling with Ménière's for years, and ARNP Hittenmiller always shows concern, discusses my options with me, and outlines a plan of treatment. Pleasant and efficient staff. Ample parking outside, and the building, waiting and exam rooms are spotless.
Horrible human being and horrible practitioner. Dismissive of my concerns and rude and made me feel like garbage. My child’s staph infection could’ve been treated immediately but nope, took over 2 weeks of the wrong medication, a pediatrician visit, and finally switching to an ENT to get correctly diagnosed. Now we’re having issues with her hearing, hopefully no permanent loss. She shouldn’t be seeing pediatric patients at all. I refuse to ever see her again.
