I am disgusted by the way this lady treats their neighbors. I was shopping for books on Saturday since a charity in this complex was hosting a fundraiser. She came out 4 times while I was there yelling on the phone calling out the business on the phone. This lady should not be supported in any way. She is an evil human being. Please fine someone who is a nice person everyday not just to your face. Someone who belittles the businesses around them is an awful person.
