Trisha has truly worked magic on my lower back pain! She takes the time to explain what’s going on with the body and approaches treatment holistically. She incorporates cupping, massage therapy, and even the newest addition of cryotherapy. The combination has helped loosen my muscles and relieve my pain almost instantly. Every time I leave, I feel like a melted stick of butter! I highly recommend Trisha for massage therapy as is she is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about helping her clients feel their best!
