I reach out Allstate via online trying to get a quote. I finally called the Burlingame office. They gave me immediate clarity on coverages and fees. They correctly entered all our data and gave me a quote quickly. Answering all my questions. I am hoping this customer service continues. We have signed onto Allstate for a bundle and I hope they continue with client care as I have not been disappointed yet.

Extremely Disappointed – Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Communication I am very disappointed with my experience working with Trish Le at Allstate. I initially allowed my mother to use my credit card to open an account with her, with the understanding it would be a one-time, authorized transaction. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The agency principal and staff are friendly, responsive and informative for our insurance and investment needs. I highly recommend them. I’ve had a policy with them for a few years now.
