We have used TriSerV Carpet Cleaners for years, first in our home in Raleigh, and now in our new home near Brier Creek. They offer outstanding service with natural ingredients. It is beyond me how someone can give a second-hand review based on hearsay that this business supposedly had cleaned the carpets in their apartment before they moved in. Some cleaners will charge extra for fabric protection such as Scotch Guard-type protectants (one company had wanted to charge us $40 per 8 x 10 area rug, plus move our furniture for t... read more

The communication was great. They made our carpet look brand new. We couldn't believe how much better the carpet looked afterwards. Highly recommend.
I was told that they cleaned the carpets of an apartment that I moved into and the carpets stink and were hard and didn't look clean.
