Fantastic Service! Solved a problem Cummings nor all the other diesel mechanics couldn't even find! The service here is outstanding! We have spent a year trying to fix an issue on our diesel motorhome. Cummings tried but they charged us an outrageous fee and we still had the problem. Bad shop Trisand�s Salem shop does bad repairs and has bad attitudes when you try to talk to them about it. In two months time they have failed to fix several common issues correctly and then don?t offer any discount or even an apology for the extra cost or expense. After weeks of me trying to reach Mat?the owner? he finally called me back, and now it?s all clear where his techs get their customer relation skills, or lack of.
