They are very awful up there even the nurse that was under heather banker she did the trans-virginal and went way to far up and hurt me sorry but I do not recommend anyone to go to them and will not be back to them they are rude when u go back and they don’t listen at all to what u have to say sorry but I don’t recommend anyone to yall at all
I did not like Terri Singleterry; however, I love Dr. Banker. Singleterry did not take any of my concerns seriously and insisted that I was over reacting when I have had multiple miscarriages due to low progesterone. I had to advocate for myself to be put on progesterone and wholehearted believe that if I didn’t, I would have miscarried again. Dr Banker is the best and the nurses are phenomenal. I really wanted to be a patient of Heather the CNM but the office staff was so cold and awful when I called it completely turned me away. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to her that I had a question and spoke in a way that was condescending and made me feel stupid for just asking when i should come in.
I went here for my second pregnancy in 2022 and loved it. Received my pregnancy care by a nurse practitioner and delivered with doctor Hollis. No complaints. The positives of my experience with sulphur springs obgyn would be Dr. Hollis. The few times I interacted with her and when she delivered my second pregnancy, she was very attentive and caring. when I was pregnant with my first born a lil over 2 years ago, the ladies were nice , now I'm pregnant with my baby boy.The ladies are still nice , but linda mitchell just has an attitude with me i've only been up there for 3 times since I found out. I was pregnant again. My first appointment she asked me why I wasn't on birth control which shouldn't be none of her business. But I.
