Been trying to make reservations for almost 4 months, no response from 3 out of 4 people, no return phone calls as promised. Only person to get us anything after repeatedly having to ask, never sent what was asked for. We give up and want out.
Tripzilla closed its doors in early September and the owner, Russell Mark Young, is now employed at Bluegreen Vacations in Myrtle Beach. Mark also started a "non for profit" site called Tripz4kidz" that uses timeshares and "donates" them to kids who would like vacations. Tripzilla scammed my wife and I out of $2500 and I know there are many more who fell for their sales pitch also.
Tripzilla is a scam. Have reported them to the BBB, and waiting for a response. I'll be pursuing legal action against them and all officers associated with the company. A complete scam. DO NOT give any monies to this company. If more information is needed or wanted, please email me.
This is a scam. We've contacted them numerous times for quotes and it takes forever for them to get back with us and it is NEVER right the first time. It is never the prices they have shown in their seminars. They show these great prices cruises , sandals resorts and when we asked for cruises it is only pennies on the dollar cheaper. So not worth the hassle!!!!
The business is shut down and the door is locked! The mail has not been collected and is sitting in the mail box. The people next door said they shut it down over three weeks ago. (As of Sept 25th when we went there). Looks like they got our money and ran! Can't seem to get in touch with anyone at the main telephone number and now they have a different number to call.
