My mother is a patient and I take care of her at home with my sick dad. She is permanently disabled and a patient of this greedy doctor for years. I need paper work filled out as my job is planning to fire me because I don't have FMLA and call out to take care of my mom more frequently recently. Now normally as a doctor in PA you call the doctor and they will fill the paperwork out as they know the condition of the patient. Had a great experience the first time meeting Dr. Kumar over 9 months ago for an annual physical exam. Went back for a sick visit while I was now pregnant and she was very kind, took her time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. I was easily able to get a some day sick appointment and all staff were nice and friendly!
Today I visited to her,she is very rude doctor, she behaved as she is very busy and her behavior was not polite towards patient, she had very less time for patient, I asked her 2 or 3 questions, she replied in very rude way, I am very disappointed and I will not go to this doctor again. If it were a zero star then I would have given her zero
I had a terrible experience with doctor Kumar, my appointment was 1:30 - 2:00 she came in 1:35 with rude attitude already like she was bothered to be here, and at 1:50 sharp she said we ran out of time and you will need to schedule another visit, over all it felt like a business meeting and someone is trying to sell you vaccines and operations and stuff, if you said no she will get up and leave, how she is still practicing is beyond me.
