A couple nights ago a Triptek driver embedded his trailer into my car while I was sitting still in a drive thru. I received a call the next day from a receptionist letting me know that the company decided it "wasn't worth it" to them to file an insurance claim. I owned my car. My car is now totaled. I now have to start 2026 with a car note. Glad to know that "wasn't worth it" to this company. Just a reminder that you CAN call their insurance and file a claim yourself. Do better.
I do not know about their work, but their driver this morning (US DOT 3175394) flew up behind me in a school zone with the caution light flashing while I was doing the mandated 20mph. He was going so fast I could hear him breaking hard. He passed me after the zone and slowed beside me to yell at me. I could care less and would not waste my time with this if it was normal conditions, but this driver cared little for safety in general. Ya'll need to do better.
