On an 11-hour turnaround drive from Dallas to Bandera and back, Cody got me back on the road in no time. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this place.
I guess a new location comes with a new attitude. I used to be able to pull up and get my tire fixed in about 30 minutes. I was at least greeted when I walked in the door. But I had three employees look right at me and go right back to what they were doing. And then I'm told it's about a 3-hour wait for a tire to be fixed. I guess I'll have to find someplace else. Tripp's has changed. 😕
