Had Tripps booked for my daughters wedding. Spoke with them the day before and they were excited and ready to be there….. We had a Garden party cocktail hour planned for 6p and it didnt happen because Tripps never showed nor would they answer phone calls. Thank goodness for Jason and Tami at Autumn Oaks…. They ran and purchased beer, wine and liquor. ….they saved the night. It was truly one of the most embarrassing nights of my life.
I recently hired Tripps Drinks for my daughter's wedding, and they exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The drinks were top-notch, the owner helped me pick a selection of drinks that catered to everyone’s tastes. They were professional, efficient, and added a special touch to the celebration. I highly recommend Tripps Drinks for any event—big or small. They truly know how to elevate the party experience!
Very good customer service and great food
Was really excited to go eat here for the family style Chinese dinner after having it many years ago when Tripp's was Gilbert's. However, it seems that this tradition should have ended with Gilbert's. 1. The décor was lacking, there was a box of trash bags on bench as you entered, cleaning supplies left out and plates stacked high on a table that welcomed us in.
