Do not use this place. I been waiting over two weeks for my car door to be repaired and each time it’s a new excuse. I am shelling out so much money just to get back and forth to work all because they don’t communicate and aren’t honest with me. I will never use this place again. And you shouldn’t too. The friendly service and work done on our vehicle was exceptional. Between getting the vehicle in for repairs quickly, delivering on their commitment & even offering to drop the car back at home (due to unexpected family emergency). I can only recommend this local business for any car repair you need.
Update-The Tripp family has sold this shop to Collisionright. I can see the difference. I returned to Tripp's because I got rear ended. Needed new hatch door and plastic trim. They did a good job replacing everything, aligning the parts and the paint job looks good. Turn around on the repairs was a week. So the body shop part was fine. The customer service was lackluster tho. Nobody was rude but stuff like I had to ask three times to get someone to step outside and go over my damaged car and later to do a walk around the rep... read more
