He brings the energy to each class making it fun and not just torture. I can honestly say my life has changed since joining this gym family - member since January 2023

The classes are fun and full of energy. Harvey is a great trainer who has helped me reach my weight loss goals. Tripple fitness is the best gym I have ever attended. The trainer is driven to help all the members reach their fitness goals.
