Have to make a trip here every time I'm here to keep my teen daughter happy. On occasion I find a rare band for a T-shirt. Nice to get a glimpse of a New Yorker's mind with this place.
Four months ago, I placed an order for two items, and the package that arrived only contained one of them, despite both being listed on the packing slip. I sent a note to their return/exchange and customer service email addresses, and they said they’d investigate the issue. I’ve followed up about once per month since then and still have not received the product I ordered or a refund. Long story short, I paid $82 for a dress I never received.
I ordered a pair of trousers twice and both times they said they didn’t have them in stock. after organising a different size to be sent they sent me the wrong pair and then blamed it on me and are very slow at replying. I still haven’t been issued a refund or return.
Great clothes, service and delivery. Can’t wait to order again in the future.
