I've bought several of their top-of-the-line battery back-up systems. One of them failed recently, and customer service refuses to help or respond to my messages. I simply want them to tell me what to try to know if my battery simply needs to be replaced or something else. but they keep sending me one-line questions that I have already answered. Never buying this brand again.
