Excellent service, communication. Tripp Electric worked with me when i had to change the original date and also when I provided incorrect specification information. They do quality work quickly
I've had 2 or 3 services from Tripp electric now, and they've always accommodated me on a short timeline. Sometimes I'll get a text if their repairmen have time after another job, and they'll come early if I give them the go-ahead. Lee was my repairman this time around, and he was very professional, quick about his work, was a good communicator and had a great personality. They came right away . Everything taken care of great job.
Excellent experience. They did a great job communicating with me from the estimate, to setting up my project, and even when the electrician was running behind. Everyone I dealt with was highly professional. I was so impressed with the process and the people, Tripp will be me go-to electrican call from here on.
Had a great experience ... team arrived on time, they were very professional and friendly....explained what was done and provided detailed instructions. Quality of the installation was excellent.
