I wish we could give zero stars. I will try to make this as brief as possible. We have had nothing but problems with Kyle Tripp and this company from day one. Mediocre to poor quality, lack of detail-orientation, lack of communication, lack of urgency, excuses, lies, and unfulfilled promises are just some of the words I would choose to describe our experience with Kyle Tripp. Kyle is absolutely horrible to deal with.
