Very Dissatisfied Called Tripp & Sons this past Tuesday about my air conditioning. They never came. Called again on Friday. They never came. Called them Monday and stated I had no air conditioning since last Tuesday (98 degree days). They never did come............ I rate this business as VERY unsatisfactory.
If you have to... The did most of the electrical work in our first house and we were not impressed. One of the employees put the thermostat in the middle of the living room wall! We had to get them back out to install a remote thermostat because of it. It took 4 trips to finally get it done correctly!
