We have been to hundreds of closings but this has to be the absolute worst place we have ever been forced to use. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Caught them in lies, would look you in the face and tell you they never told you to do something they told you to do. Our Realtor spoke up and said I have the emails to prove the point!
