We had a very poor experience with Triplett, title and closings. I do not recommend. I have been a part of 18 different closings in my life and never felt as disconnected and dismissed as I have in dealing with the women here. All just to get some sort of confirmation of the disbursement of the funds that I was supposed to receive at closing. Very smart alecky and rude.
We have been to hundreds of closings but this has to be the absolute worst place we have ever been forced to use. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Caught them in lies, would look you in the face and tell you they never told you to do something they told you to do. Our Realtor spoke up and said I have the emails to prove the point! Triplett Title is the best closing company we've worked with and we've closed a lot of houses in Southern Indiana. Their fees are very fair and above all Dinese Dempster abd her team are amazingly appreciative and kind to their clients. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience signing for our home. Everyone was so warm and gracious and kind about having all the kids at the signing.
