The software is a disaster and I had especially a bad experience with BRAD SONNETT, the REGIONAL SENIOR MANAGER of the company, he is an extremely rude person and honestly I don’t know how he got that position because obviously he is not trained, people do not buy this software and more if this man is going to give you the service you will suffer abuse and mistreatment from him.
Terrible customer support
The software is a bit archaic, the formatting is very clunky, the email reminders are flawed. We really hoped it would work for us and after 6 months of giving it a try we ultimate decided it wasn’t luxury enough for our clientele for communication and correspondence. We asked to terminate our contract and HHH is instead refusing and will be charging our account for another 6 months despite us not using the program. Pretty poor taste.
