They keep calling our restaurant and pretending to want to book a party to get to the person in charge of events. They ask about offerings and minimums for their “upcoming event” and generally waste our time completely before trying to sell us on an unwanted service. Shady and a hard pass, every single time.
Should have read the reviews. Same experience, Hard to use outdated software. Not much training or support. Canceled 3 months in, despite being told we would be able to cancel they are saying we are stuck for 9 months. Only companies with a bad product make you pay for something you aren't using
Absolutely LOVE Tripleseat and Tripleseat Event Camp is one of the best conferences I have attended.
