BUYER BEWARE! Triple Threat KC cuts corners, works without permits, and sells houses that are completely unliveable.
Unreliable and cuts corners when flipping homes. My friends and I do not recommend. The homes are beautiful on the outside, but there are more problems behind the walls and problems covered up that will result in significant damage to the homes.
DO NOT USE RALPH. His shotty work, poor craftsmanship, and lack of integrity are the real triple threats.
This company is a threat to the community. They cut corners, do not obtain the necessary permits and do not accept responsibility for their work. They cover up deteriorating problems with a fresh coat of paint hiding serious issues and then pass the problem on to you. Their business practices border on criminal and should be shut down immediately.
