Originally hired to fix a simple stove violation but turned into a 4 plus hour job as the technician didn’t seem to know how to fix this and wasn’t prepared with materials. He fixed it and took my paperwork to send to enbridge as it was important to get it sent asap. I go on vacay and come home to my gas shut off- so they lied about sending the paperwork in on time and I got a bill of almost $800 lol. I called in and was able to get it reduced but their failure to complete the paperwork resulted in me having to hire another ... read more

I had a few plumbing issues in my home over the last several months and each time I have had Scott come to solve the issues. He’s efficient and friendly- an easy guy to talk to who explains what he’s doing while the job is being done. He was on time and in and out in good time with the job completed to my satisfaction.
