Originally hired to fix a simple stove violation but turned into a 4 plus hour job as the technician didn’t seem to know how to fix this and wasn’t prepared with materials. He fixed it and took my paperwork to send to enbridge as it was important to get it sent asap. I go on vacay and come home to my gas shut off- so they lied about sending the paperwork in on time and I got a bill of almost $800 lol. I had a few plumbing issues in my home over the last several months and each time I have had Scott come to solve the issues. He’s efficient and friendly- an easy guy to talk to who explains what he’s doing while the job is being done. He was on time and in and out in good time with the job completed to my satisfaction.
We had a difficult tub to place and the plumber Josh was a great help! Josh was polite and eager to get the job done.
Superb service! We LOVE the mini-split ductless A/C unit that Kale and Mitch installed at our cottage. They were in and out in just over 3 hours and you can tell they know exactly what they were doing. Overall, totally professional and highly recommended.
