We just had a AC ductless heat pump installed today. These guys are the ultimate professionals! Came at 7:30 a.m.(in 4 vehicles)on the dot as promised and done by the end of the day as promised. Works perfectly! We can now enjoy our second story loft which was 15 degrees ‘ centigrade warmer than the downstairs in the summer due to a totally incompetent builder! Better call Sal, if you have a problem with your Generac Sal is the guy you want. Sal came to the house and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out the oil pressure was low, so he put an oil pressure gauge on the unit, by-passed the sensor and showed me how it was continuously dropping. Long story short, he ended up replacing the motor under warranty. Thanks again Sal, and a big shout out to Holly as well, she was my receptionist that I dealt with and was very nice to work with.

Update: I had problems with my sump pump and Scott was available to answer all my questions. Unfortunately due to my PTSD (military service), I can get anxious about "change." He put in a new sump pump with back-up and battery back-up. Once I got the wifi working, everything fell into place. I would nominate Scott for Sainthood but that would mean he wouldn't be around to help others. I so appreciate his kindness and patience. Thank you to Darryl and everyone.
