Better call Sal, if you have a problem with your Generac Sal is the guy you want. Sal came to the house and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out the oil pressure was low, so he put an oil pressure gauge on the unit, by-passed the sensor and showed me how it was continuously dropping. Long story short, he ended up replacing the motor under warranty. Thanks again Sal, and a big shout out to Holly as well, she was my receptionist that I dealt with and was very nice to work with.

Update: I had problems with my sump pump and Scott was available to answer all my questions. Unfortunately due to my PTSD (military service), I can get anxious about "change." He put in a new sump pump with back-up and battery back-up. Once I got the wifi working, everything fell into place. Triple Tech provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. They came out to fix my hot water heater and were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The technician took the time to explain the issue in simple terms, walked me through the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My husband and I were looking to become an customer of triple tech and the man Greg was ridiculous to deal with. Didn’t feel like a priority to him what so ever. His ignorant attitude is such a a turnoff to the company. Family friends had the same experiences with Greg and warned me he was unprofessional but the installation work by kal and his worker was spotless and was worth dealing him.
