My husband and I were looking to become an customer of triple tech and the man Greg was ridiculous to deal with. Didn’t feel like a priority to him what so ever. His ignorant attitude is such a a turnoff to the company. Family friends had the same experiences with Greg and warned me he was unprofessional but the installation work by kal and his worker was spotless and was worth dealing him. I called Triple Tech and they were polite, well manored and quick to explain their proceedures. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue accurately! The young man was knowledgable,honest,and did a wonderful. job. They are really wonderfully priced and very fair. They also ensure you have educational and preventative knowledge to avoid future issues. If you want true and honest people to fix your issues, these are your guys! The owner should be very proud. Will be using and recommending to everyone. Thank you so much!
