My husband I walked in on an early Friday afternoon. They were packed and said they would be happy to take us. They made a couple calls and we waited about 5- 10 minutes and then we were both taken to an individual pedicure station. They set us up in the pedicure chair to do our manicure too. Everyone was friendly, kind and happy. There was never a hurry or a rush but things got done at a great pace. The care that was taken with my nails is unbeatable and Helen was sooooo gentle.
