Manager, Dakota, and regional manager, Norm, of this company's bowling alley in Baytown have no regard for their league bowlers, no integrity to take accountability for their actions, or lack thereof, and the communication of their so called leadership about multiple recent situations is severely lacking. Even calling the corporate number multiple times has not gotten a resolution to the situation. Extremely disappointed all around.
"Avoid" Max Bowl Baytown, Tx, They modify the oil on lanes every couple of days. When asked the temp Manager and Temp Asst Manager they state the oil machine doesn't get changed and oil pattern hasn't been modified in a very long time? (Something changes all the time (pattern or different oil or something) League bowlers don't have a chance to get comfortable on a shot before it's modified again and again and again... It's like if you're a decent bowler (195 and above) you are being punished, so they can put out a better sho... read more
Andover Lanes is my favorite recreational destination. I really like the pizza and sandwiches. The employees are special too ! From the manager on down, everyone that works there does a great job of satisfying the patrons. I will always recommend Andover Lanes for local entertainment !!!!
