had my car at this autobody shop for hail damage repairs. The hail damage itself was repaired, but after I got the car back, there were very noticeable buffer/polishing marks all over the car. We brought our truck to Triple 7 Chrysler after a hail storm for repair. SGI’s original estimate explicitly called for both a hood and a roof replacement. Instead of following the original claim estimate or communicating with us first, Triple 7 sent the truck to a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) shop, which decided to fix the roof via PDR rather than replace it. Very disappointing experience. The repair process was poorly handled from start to finish. I was given expectations that weren’t met, and the communication was extremely frustrating. When issues came up, I felt like I had to repeatedly follow up instead of being kept informed. The biggest concern was the quality of the work.
