Initially dealt with Chanpreet who was very reasonable and respectful— I appreciated his help and willingness to allow me to take the car for an inspection at my garage of choice. When it came time to negotiate the price the manager, Nolan Gross, stepped in and was incredibly disrespectful towards myself and the people I had brought with me to assist.
