Been working with Triple Seven for years and am very disappointed with the quality of their sales reps. Had a sales rep (Ron) call me to try to buy my van and trade up, he asked me what I felt I was willing to pay. The rep laughed at me and was dismissive saying my price was unrealistic. Would not offer any alternative when I asked him to suggest something that was more realistic (I reminded him he’s the expert and I don’t know cars) and was standoffish in the remaining interactions. Rhon was absolutely fantastic as a sales rep! He was able to put a deal together for me that I thought was impossible! Two thumbs up to Rhon and the team!! My experience was beyond my expectations and will be a repeat customer!!

He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
