Bought a new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica minivan here. Salesperson Preston did a great job laying out options with no pressure or manipulative sales tactics, and did a good job following up afterward to make sure everything was good with the vehicle. Also very impressed with the GM David, does a very good job communicating with customers and goes above and beyond
This was the absolute worst car-buying experience—both with the company in general and specifically with the salesman I dealt with, Petros. I went there today to buy a car; he claimed it was in pristine condition, yet I discovered rust on two of the doors. I asked twice if the car had previously been a rental, and he said no. I asked for the Carfax report, but he never provided it. When I got home and looked it up myself, I found out the car had been a rental in Alberta for three years. About four months ago I purchased a Dodge Hellcat through Preston. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle!! I’m from Edmonton, and I showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day I was driving home in my dream car!
DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE, SCAMMING MECHANIC WHAT HAPPENED: i was driving my 2019 ram 1500 when it started to misfire and died on me on the bypass. I Had it towed to Triple seven to have it diagnosed as to why it cant stay running. MECHANIC DIAGNOSIS: Their mechanic made notes of what they did and the most notable being: 5 cylinders were misfiring(thats it nothing as to why), could see small pieces of metal in intake manifold, and they removed the oil filter and found “tons” of metal and sludge.
