Denied a pre-booked 8am appointment. why would a person randomly show up at a mechanic shop at 8am that too on a Saturday morning without an appointment !! Not an ounce of courtesy towards customer. (I just checked all your 1star ratings.. most of them had same complain. impolite and rude.. not surprised)

2025 UPDATE: returned after 4 years! The team got me 4 brand new Yokohama for my SUV and checked everything and gave me updates on future repairs and concerns on a times basis (in the next 6 months you might consider X)… excellent experience and they have all my business now. 2021: I'm a new customer. Destroyed my front right tire and a friend recommended this place. I called and they suggested the best way to get a tow, left my car overnight, held the key in trust, then, replaced my exact tire on my 2020 vehicle. Dealt with... read more
