Faithful Customer I'm a single woman and hate repairs because lots of repair places take advantage of our lack of knowledge to fix it ourselves. I did learn some about older cars but Ben the owner of Triple S Tire has always went the extra mile in my opinion. Since 2001 he fixed a waterpump, struts on front end, alternator, tune ups, full set of tires (lasted forever) and lots of minor things that need maintenance or wear out. No guarantee I had a almost new battery that died after i left my lights on. I took it to Tripple S to be recharged. When I returned to pick it up, the battery was still on the charger it was too hot to touch and had steam coming off it. The owner is the person who tried to pick it up. The battery chager machine was ancient, and apparently it did not have an automatic shut off. My battery was obviously fried. The owner blamed the battery and wanted me to sell me a new one.
