I contacted Triple S for a scoping and fix of a drainage pipe. They were responsive prior to the first step of scoping. After scoping they asked me to pay for the scoping and let me know it would be part of the payment package for the drainage pipe fix, they’d send me an video, and that they would call me. After reaching out over 20 times I finally got someone of the phone and they said they would send me both the video and give me a quick call back.
