i wish i can say 0 stars, the worst business, upon finishing up the rent period, they blamed us for things which was not even an issue, such as a little nick on a door frame, blamed us for gluing a hood vent (which is a building design) the fact they didn't do a check and just blaming us was so annoying. just the worst people in the business no sense of common sense and no professionalism.
TENANTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have never written a complaint and it’s disappointing that I’ve had to do so- if I could give 0 stars I would. As I’ve seen a lot of other tenants stating. I had the unfortunate experience of renting a unit managed by Triple S. They adopt scam tactics and threatening language to take advantage of tenants in hopes they do not know their rights. They undertake inspections throughout tenancy and upon final inspection they scrutinise every detail and slap you with additional cleaning/repair demands.
