We had an emergency situation in the morning and by early afternoon they came and took care of it. The carpet is like new and they were kind and caring throughout. We’ve used them before and they are consistently professional. I’d highly recommend!
Five + stars for Triple S and their team that repaired an oriental throw rug for us. We HIGHLY recommend Triple S to clean and repair antique orientals. Thoughtful proposal with options that were smart recommendations. Our rug can now last for more generations!
Edit to add: They refunded the job after seeing my first edit to this review, and then requested I remove the review since they refunded it. I won't be doing that since this wasn't a mistake, it was a legitimately poor job and at the very least they should have warned us about its condition before it left their shop. ... I have used Triple S at one of my commercial accounts for five years! They provide excellent customer service, and their work is beyond exceptional. I highly recommend their services! The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
I would highly recommend Triple S. This was the first time we used them for grout & tile cleaning. Every area was cleaned and sealed. Rafael was professional and meticulous in his work. Kevin explained everything when he came for the estimate and the cost was very reasonable. Great company!
