I called an made an appointment, and the guy said he would be there the next morning at 9am. I waited until 9:30 still no one showed up. I called and got no answer, waited a little longer called again still no answer so I left a voicemail letting them know no one showed up.I kept waiting, still no call back, called one more time, still nothing. Said he was going to charge $120 to clean inside and outside. Took 3 hours to do inside and wasn’t even finished. Said he was going to come back to do the outside because of the rain coming. Ignored my wife then answered my call because he didn’t have my number. Said he was coming back the next day. Never showed. Hasn’t answered calls or texts. You can pay less money to have a better job done professionally do not waste your time going here or your money. Never heard of a car detailer not cleaning a middle Console either.

I contacted this company to come detail my truck I bought off someone who used it commercially. He said he would be detailing inside and outside. He didn’t stream clean the carpets or seats, they did still have stains on them. I accepted it. He said he would come back to do the outside. Never showed. Ignored my texts so I had to have my husband call. He answered his first call not knowing who he was. Since on has ignored him too. I paid $120 to have inside AND outside cleaned. 4-7-20. The owner detailed two of my cars and did a great job. And did the job at the agreed price we talked about before the work was started. He said he would be at my location to do the work at 2 pm and arrived on time as expected.

This company did fine cleaning the car. Have used them twice. BUT unfortunately the second time they double billed my credit card. They charged me $149.80 TWICE. And they put the second charge in 10 days later, which makes it seem deliberate. Somehow they fooled my credit card company into thinking the extra charge was legitimate, so I wasn't able to get a refund. They stole from a customer. Hard to get much worse than that!
