Do Not Patronize. Doesn't keep his word. He totally destroyed my perfectly relined denture and refused to fix it. Has been rude, but thankfully, I paid by credit card and was able to get my money back. This started on Dec 3, 2016 and took several months (letters and photos) to have it credited to my account. Again, DO NOT PATRONIZE
My husband had a lower partial made here. We had nothing but problems getting them to fit from the very start. I have never seen a dentist or anyone treat people the way Jody does. We went in today because the partial broke. He said he could do nothing to fix it and would require a new one. He only had this partial for about 1 year 3 months. We said you can't do anything and he said no and left the room. We spoke with the assistant and she said nothing could be done. They do not care about the people. Very rude! Doesn't dese... read more
My husband got an immediate upper denture before he got his teeth extracted. The dentist said that it was the worst fitting denture he's ever placed. 6 weeks later, my husband went back to get it relined, and it still fit terribly. A couple weeks after that one of the front teeth fell out...out of the blue. He wasn't eating or anything! The denturist was rude and very unprofessional, and takes no pride in his work. Stay away from this place.
My grandmother used this place and she has had more problems over and over again the last time she went there was to have the final fitting done and it was making her tongue have a sore on it and the dentist refused to make anymore adjustments on it and told the helper to take her bib off and that he was done with her. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford to be treated like that, I do not think anyone should be treated like that I am very disapointed in his unprofesional conduct.
