Just based on a lengthy phone conversation regarding my explained problem, I have felt they were honest toward there best ability. Based on that and the estimated price matching 3 other phone conversation for repairs on my 1999 GMC Pickup, I will be taking my work to Triple R Complete Auto Care and get a full complete accurate estimate and contract! I WILL RE-post results and satisfaction before Christmas Day!
They charged me $360 for a $120 part and didn't do the work I asked for. Instead talked me into replacing control arms after I asked to replace a transmission mount and I still need a transmission mount!!!
A garage you can TRUST! (Yes a trustworthy garage does still exist!) They will not talk you into unnecessary repairs, they explain the repairs to you and no hidden surprises on your bill. I would highly recommend them to anyone (as a matter of fact I have and many friends and family now trust Triple R). If your tired of being ripped off, then I say give them a try. You won't be sorry.
