The ordering and installation went extremely well. Problems from the git-go, and it's been over a year now. Within the week the caulking on the inside of the windows "fell in" and cracked. When I called, I was told that "they weren't in the area" and so scheduled almost a month out. Then those nifty center clips started popping. I called, and the same thing happened - they weren't in the area and arrived about a month later. Then the larger window wouldn't open.
