Very disappointed. Original burger with cheese was bland and lacking the original sauce taste. The garlic parmesan fries were disgusting. So much sauce (I thought they would just be seasoned) that the fries were soggy and mostly inedible. Threw most of them out. Won't be ordering from any Triple O in the future.
It was tasty and hot. The fries were very good. The cashier was very patient and kind to my daughter who was having a hard time when we were ordering Wed afternoon (today)
They completely mucked up the three burgers we ordered and when asked to fix it were very argumentative. My brother was asked not to return, which I don’t see being a problem
Service? On point. The team was super friendly and knew the menu like the back of their hand.
