Teach your staff customer service skills - so rude
Excellent food! Probably the best drive through food in cranbrook. But my goodness is the customer service terrible! They are not patient, they are short with their answers, they do not present good customer service skills at all. If you’re not happy to be serving people don’t work in the customer service industry.
Not a bad burger, just expected a press burger for the money charged.
