The fries were under cooked and the burger was soggy, cold and had weird tasting cheese. The tables and place were also very dirty. They also had no kids menu. I usually like triple Os but this one needs some serious work to be on par with the others. Update: I moved the rating from 1 to 3 stars as I got a call from the manager and I was very impressed with his receptiveness to feedback and drive to improve things. Hopefully he’s able to move the needle and bring this place to where it should be.
The food was completely cold and ready “right away” when we ordered, so they were either serving left over food or had prepped it way too early and let it sit there. Didn’t taste fresh. We already reached out privately to complain, but the company did not bother to reply. The condiments area was super dirty and isn’t cleaned regularly. The service was also poor and unfriendly .
This place is absolutely awful. The service at this place is so awful, we had to go back 4 times for them to check the order before giving up and getting a completely different order. It wasn't even just me, maybe 9 or 10 people were lining up because their order was beyond correct. I even saw that one order that had fries and a drink, but forgot the burger. If you want to eat somewhere in playland, it's worth the walk instead of eating here.
Got my order wrong and when I went to them to replace it, they did not seem to care and gave me the wrong order again. Also saw the cashier holding fries in his bare hands and then leaned behind the cash register to eat them. Very messy and dirty place.
Horrible service 45 minutes for burger. Supervisor and cashiers(2) should all be fired
