Embarrassing and awful customer service I experienced at the Vancouver Goldeneyes game. I was the last person in line and I overheard someone tell my cashier "after you finish with the last customer, go on your break". Since I was the last person/only person left in his line, it was very clear that they meant to help me and then go on break. Awful location.
We were really disappointed by our experience at this Triple O’s location last weekend during the Golden Eyes game. Because we’re vegan, we always check food options before going anywhere. We saw that the arena had a Triple O’s and thought we were safe. Usually we can grab an Impossible Burger, swap for a gluten-free bun, and enjoy some fries. Easy. A sold out arena and you weren't prepared with competent staff . 1.5 hours for 2 burgers. Missed half for hockey game.
