A sold out arena and you weren't prepared with competent staff . 1.5 hours for 2 burgers. Missed half for hockey game.
Absolutely brutally disorganized. Food is triple Os so that’s fine, but holy cow. 45 mins for a few burgers during an event without a particularly long line up. These guys could learn a thing or two from the ferry crew triple Os
I come here for events sometimes, and my wife or I get the food. Last couple events, I can't say I was impressed, but I definitely was recently. I went to the recent Monster Jam, monster truck event. Multiple long line-ups a half hour before the show started, but moved pretty smoothly, and orders came out in decent time, just a few minutes. The stall appeared well-staffed. Great service but sells out quickly. I recommend getting here early. There is not many tables you can sit at but there’s a few standing tables. The veggie burger I had was really good. And their regular burgers are very nice
