Terrible experience, food was rushed and mushy and cold, they claim they gave us our drinks and we "left them on the counter" ( im not about to forget about a 7 dollar milkshake) . When I called inquire I was met with the "oh well" speech. Do not recommend. Will not be back.
Haven't had Triple O's in YEARS and now I may remember why. Took the plunge and decided to give them a try again. Spent over 20$ on a burger and fries and at this price I would expect at the very least something hot and fresh. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries as these both came recommended by others. To my dissapointment, my sweet potato fires were burnt and also luke warm which was really appalling. $14 for milkshake and fries is ridiculous. The people operating the drive thru barely speak English and couldn’t even understand my order. It was two items. Super simple. Then they never acknowledged that they had received my order, I just sat at the drive thru like an idiot. After deciding to pull forward on my own I was greeted by the confused face of the employee who asked me what my order was. Again. Total lack of competency or customer service. Don’t waste your time or money
Do not get their milkshakes here! They are always melted and they never put whipped cream. The other triple Os never have this problem. It’s just whoever works here. They even use the wrong lid. Every single time. The food is fine
