Went through drive thru - got a chicken burger meal and the chicken was dry and looked burnt. The fries were a little undone and super cold!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant through Uber Eats. An order was accidentally placed for 13 burgers instead of 1. Within couple of minutes, I cancelled the order and immediately contacted Uber Eats for help. Uber Eats told me the restaurant had already accepted and prepared the entire order, so I was charged the full $311.
