Check your order before you leave with take out. I havnt had a single order made correctly. Even when I pay extra for sauces or other items, they still are not given (don’t know if it’s a scam or just lazy workers). I keep going back assuming it would get better but never does. Staff need to be trained properly as orders should not be wrong THIS MANY times.

Been here many times and it usually is great. However tonight I went for a delicious milkshake at 9:30pm and was turned down. I would expect if you advertise to serve all your foods, including milkshakes, all day till closing as specified on your website, that you are to follow through. My guess is a lazy worker. Disappointed.
We went through the drive-through They forgot to put the chicken strips in the order I called the store when I got home to Summerland the girl I spoke to said come in the next day and they would give me the chicken strips Went in the next day and Emma was correct. They gave me the chicken strips. Thanks for the girls in the drive-through. Awesome job.
Fries looked like they were scraped out of the bottom of the deep fryer, so crispy they crumbled into pieces. Asked the staff if they could wipe the table for us because they were all filthy and she handed us the cleaner and a paper towel and said we can do it. Absolute bs for spending $40 for two people to eat.
