Food is usually very good, I have only had 1 not so great experience with a burger that wasn't as fresh as usual.
The drive through person, got our order wrong, then argued with us about it instead of correcting the error, then when we asked to speak the a manager she said there wasn't one. So befuddled as to how this is appropriate customer service.
The food is good, never gets food order right. I ask for for sandwiches to have no onions. Even ones where there isn’t onions I ask for them not put onions they reply “this sandwich doesn’t have onions” then I get onions on them. Kinda laughable, but they mess up a lot
