Cold burger before getting on hwy. This was never resolved. Pretty sure they just don't care about customer service.
I always have a great experience at Triple O’s! The staff are very polite and friendly, the sauces are really good, and the food is always fresh. The service is always welcoming and makes every visit enjoyable. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food and customer service. Highly recommend!
I tried twice. First time was a super easy order … a milkshake. It took so long I finally asked if someone was making it, or if it was being delivered from somewhere else. After complaining online the manager called and gave me a gift card. I went back to order a burger and fries and it was the same thing! I stood there for five minutes watching one lady work the drive thru and the other lady filling whipped cream containers. I walked out. That’s the last chance. Sorry. Learn some customer service skills.
