Horrible onion rings: all batter, hardly there ultra thin traces of onion. Horrible (unless you are looking for fried batter in the shape of circles). The service was ok pace, however the food is disappointing.
As a regular customer and visited several times Grandview and Metrotown's Triple O's but this one on Marine Dr is no good. 2025/06/25 at 6:30pm going home ordered my favorite Cesar salad with grilled chicken and bacon. Checked the bag since it looked small found just a little portion of salad in a small tray and in another similar tray small pieces of chicken and bacon. Came here specifically for milkshakes. When I tried to order one was told they were out of all ice cream and couldn’t make any. I was disappointed but understood and ordered some food. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru… It was late so understandable. While waiting I could see inside that one of the employees was making 2 milkshakes for the person behind us. I was absolutely shocked. Also very very disappointed in the customer service. No greeting, no response to my thank yous and was being glared at the entire time.
