Such rude employees- no customer service at all. I’m sorry you’re working a minimum wage job however no one forced you to be here. At least basic manners would be nice…..
We ordered food from this location through Uber eats. The food arrived and our drink was spilled all over the bag and some of the food. We contacted the location to explain we were upset, as there was no tray in the bag to hold the drinks (of course it was going to spill). However, the staff was very rude over the phone blaming the driver stating they must have opened the bag and taken the tray out (the bag was still sealed?). Hats off to Vishkha for amazing customer service
Tough day at the Ladner location. Food was pre-made before closing and probably the worst triple O burger I have ever had. This was 40 minutes before closing and they were already ready to go home. Made the milkshake literally in the sink and it was really runny.... so disappointed this time
