This poutine was almost $8 and it was literally 1 layer of French fries. The dish is so shallow I can barely lay the fork in there when it's empty. The lid is taller than the dish for crying out loud. They didn't stack the fries at all. It was less than a potato worth of fries. Absolutely outrageous price, and such a small serving. I would have gotten more fries if I just ordered a small fries. Pretty disappointing Triple O's. For 1 of the more expensive fast food chains, you should be ashamed. Complete rip off.
Very poor quality food. Very bad customer service. Ordered poutine there was smell and we returned and made same told them to returned girl name khushi refused to return it. Her math is sooo weak cannpt even do $20 bucks calculations. Really disappointed with service shocked to see after spending $50 just for poutine and got this type of food and service
Today Sunday, August 30th I went in to the Triple O’s in Ladner. The girl who was taking the order was quite rude! I know that it can be a demanding job but at least try to like your job! However, the burger was excellent!
Good food, a little overpriced but the service is fast and consistent.
0 customer service with a bad food.. ordered monty mushroom and they gave me stale petty burger.. Also their so called manager harjot she was scolding a girl in front of other customers .. not at all good service. Wish could give 0 star.
