Unfortunately, our experience at this Triple O’s location was very disappointing. The fryer oil tasted old — both the fries and pickle chips were overcooked, burnt, and inedible. I also ordered the new mustard chicken burger, and the lettuce was extremely soggy, which made the entire burger soggy and unpleasant to eat. This was my first visit to this location, and it will likely be my last. Quality control seemed to be completely lacking. I ordered a combo. The lady only gave me a hamburger and said I didn’t order a combo. None of them speak good English and they have trouble understanding people. I also ordered a milkshake, and they told me they didn’t have any cream. An old lady came after me and had a coupon for a medium coffee. They told her that they only had enough coffee for a small size. 3 mistakes for 2 customers in a short period of time. This place is ridiculous.

Petrified paper thin chicken with frozen tomato, and more sauce outside of the spicy ultimate crunch then the little dab inside.. Will never return to this location
