The burgers are great! But at first the few times I got sweet potato fries and asked for them to be well done and it was not a problem. But recently when I went they refused to make it well done stating it will burn. I told them I requested it plenty of times prior and it wasn’t an issue or burnt. I’m just asking to cook it for 20-30 seconds more not minutes. And when you get onion rings I have received them undercooked a few times and attached to each other.
Drive thru experience. After every item being asked "is that all?" And consistently being asked to repeat what you said was beyond annoying when ordering for a few people. After paying we were asked to pull up and had to wait 15 minutes for two adults and one kid meals as my toddler yelled in the back seat - no drive thru line and inside didn't look busy, that was a crazy wait for fast food. The patties were extremely dry but otherwise good wasn't terrible. Disappointed on change of the pickles from the chips to spheres.
Worst experience ever!!!! Ive been goin to this locating for 15years and was treated like crap from the night shift assistant manager old lady! went there at 10pm last night I was already super tried for late dinner i ordered and original burger and onion rings also wanted a blueberry shake but its only seasonal so I was ok wit that. I paid for the 2 iteam that was $17. after I asked for Chipotle sauce e that come with onion rings and also asked for side of triple O sauce on side for burger. they refused to give it for free.... read more
