I went to this restaurant today to order food at the counter at around 12:20 pm. A lady fell inside the restaurant a few feet from the counter and was initially ignored by staff. Another customer helped her up and she was obviously in pain and had her drinks spilled all over her and the floor. An employee came out to mop up the floor eventually and no one offered first aid and seemed to dismiss what happened. What about an incident report?
