Service is very quick and staff is very nice .
The service and staff were extremely rude and clearly have no customer service skills at all. The fries were burnt and old when we asked for them to be made fresh the patty was falling off the burger before we got it. They barely put any fries and sauce in our order.
My friend went for an interview at Triples Oz, but instead of a normal interview, they made her mop floors and do tasks. When she started working, the owner kept shouting at her, embarrassed her in front of customers and was pressurising her. Also, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PAY HER. It was a really toxic and humiliating experience. Ranvir who is the owner really needs to work on herself. She doesn't even treat her employees as humans.
